Shipping Policy

At the Canadian Endocrine Institute Shop, powered by DermAssist, we want your order experience to be smooth and stress-free from checkout to delivery.

 

  • Processing Time
    Orders are usually prepared and processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
     

  • Shipping Carriers
    We ship with Canada Post or a trusted courier partner. Delivery times depend on your location, but we always work to ensure your products arrive quickly and safely.
     

  • Signatures & Pickups
    For security, some packages may require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, your package may be redirected to your nearest Canada Post office (or courier pickup location), where you can easily pick it up with ID.

Return & Exchange Policy

At the Canadian Endocrine Institute Shop, powered by DermAssist, we take pride in delivering safe, carefully packaged products to every customer.

  • No Returns or Exchanges
    For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.
     

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case and work with you to make it right.
     

  • How to Reach Us
    If you experience an issue, email us at cei@dermassist.ca and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if possible). One of our team members will reach out to you directly.

    We want checkout to be quick and secure. At this time, we accept:

All payments are processed safely using encrypted systems, so you can shop with confidence. Prices are listed in CAD and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.
